Project Objectives

The main objectives of BRAC's Skills Development Programme (SDP) are to empower marginalized youth and entrepreneurs by providing them with technical, entrepreneurial, and soft skills to secure decent and sustainable employment. The program aims to foster self-reliance, alleviate poverty, promote social inclusion, and create a skilled workforce capable of driving national development, particularly by focusing on growth sectors and vulnerable populations.
